Return an Amazon Package with a Drop off Location
Sending Amazon returns is easy at a drop off location. Office Outfitters is able to take pre-labeled packages for free. Just drop off your labeled package and we take care of the rest.
One of our most common questions is "What can I do if I do not have a label?" Cancel your return through Amazon and follow the instructions below, and we can help you get your package returned.
STEP 1: Go to orders, select your item to return, and on the right side of the screen you will see buttons with these options below. Click on Return or Replace Items.
STEP 2: Go through the prompts selecting why you want to return your items. You will see the following return options. The default option is UPS Drop off, however this will require you to go to a UPS Franchise location. Click on UPS Drop Off points.
STEP 3: Your final step is to confirm your return. Once you confirm this, you will have a label come up to print and also have a copy emailed to you.
STEP 4: You can have us print your label for you if you do not have a way to print.
IMPORTANT NOTE:If you have a QR Code from your return, we are unable to take this label. Here is an example of what the QR code would look like.
